End-to-End Platform Build — Education Financing Startup (Stealth)
Role: CPO - Architect, Developer & Cloud Engineer | Sector: EdTech / FinTech / Israel
As a co-founder of a stealth-stage startup in the Israeli education financing space, we needed a full platform built — fast, secure, and without the budget for a large development team. I designed the complete system architecture, then built the entire full-stack solution solo using vibe coding: AI-assisted development that compresses what would traditionally require a team of developers over many months into a focused, expert-led sprint.
JIRA Implementation — Standards Institute of Israel
Role: Agile & Tooling Consultant | Sector: Government / Standards Body
The Standards Institute was managing software development across multiple teams using a legacy ALM system that didn't reflect how they actually worked. I interviewed each team to map their real processes, trained the department on Agile practices, tailored the JIRA configuration to their workflows, and managed the full data migration from the legacy system. The result was a modern, adopted toolset aligned to the way teams actually operate — not just a technical migration, but a genuine shift in how the organisation manages its work.
Data Architecture & Migration — Government Agency
Role: Data Architect & Team Lead | Sector: Public Sector
Leading the data team on a large-scale government project, I was responsible for designing the end-to-end data migration strategy, including coexistence planning to keep live operations running without disruption during transition. I established a governance framework that enforced data integrity across systems and teams throughout the migration lifecycle. The project delivered a clean, structured data environment that the agency could build on with confidence.
Multi-Year Core Systems Rollout — Folksam
Role: Principal Business Architect | Sector: InsurTech / Sweden
I was engaged at Folksam, one of Sweden's largest insurance groups, as a consultant to lead a complex, multi-year programme rolling out core insurance systems across the organisation. I led cross-functional teams spanning business and technology, drove integration across multiple systems. This engagement required sustained stakeholder management, deep insurance domain knowledge, and the ability to connect business strategy to technical delivery.
Head of Worldwide Pre-Sales — Sapiens International
Role: Head of Pre-Sales, Non-Life & Health | Sector: InsurTech / Global
At Sapiens — a leading global provider of insurance software — I led pre-sales for the non-life and health portfolio across international markets. This meant owning the full pre-sales process: understanding prospect needs, building compelling solution narratives, and guiding prospects from initial meeting through to contract. After sales I was also involved of intitiating and supporting the actual roll-out. The role demanded deep insurance domain expertise, sharp commercial instincts, and the ability to work across cultures and markets. I contributed directly to a strong pipeline of successful implementations worldwide leading to over 200M USD income for the company.
Insurance Core Systems Implementations — Multiple Insurers
Role: Implementation Consultant | Sector: InsurTech / Global
Across engagements with insurance companies in multiple countries, I led and contributed to end-to-end core system implementations covering the full insurance value chain — from client acquisition and underwriting through to accounting and claims. Each project involved understanding the insurer's existing environment, designing the right integration and migration approach, and delivering a working system that matched real business needs. In addition to greenfield implementations, I delivered product enhancements and bespoke development projects tailored to each insurer's market and regulatory context.
Business Intelligence — Product & Delivery
Role: BI Product Manager & Delivery Lead | Sector: InsurTech / FinTech
I built BI capabilities from the ground up — designing data models, selecting tooling, and delivering analytics solutions that gave business users real visibility into their operations for the first time. Beyond project delivery, I managed the BI product itself: defining the roadmap, prioritising features, and embedding data-driven decision-making into day-to-day processes.
